What Makes Our Approach Different
We keep things calm, clear, and grounded in actual documents — because every household deserves to feel at home with what they're reading.
Document-First Learning
Sessions are built around real document samples — not textbook summaries. Participants read and discuss actual materials.
Small, Conversational Groups
We keep groups small so there's room for quiet questions and thoughtful discussion without any pressure to perform.
Family and Household Focus
Programmes are shaped around how families and couples actually encounter property documents in daily life.
Clearly Educational, Not Advisory
Everything we do is framed as literacy education. We explain terminology — we don't tell households what to do with it.
Printed Materials Included
Every programme comes with printed take-home materials — glossaries and reading companions you can return to at your own pace.
Based in Petaling Jaya
Located along Jalan Gasing, our space is accessible from across Klang Valley — with parking available for evening sessions.

Common Questions
Things People Often Ask
Before reaching out, these may answer what you're wondering about.
Are these programmes suitable for first-time property owners?
Yes. All our programmes are designed with general household audiences in mind. No prior knowledge of property documents is assumed, and facilitators pace sessions to the group.
Do you provide any advice on whether to buy, sell, or hold property?
We do not. Marigold House programmes are literacy education only. We explain what documents say and how terms are commonly used — we do not advise on any specific property decisions or arrangements.
Can couples or household members attend together?
Yes — and we actively welcome it. The Annual Property Literacy Track in particular includes reflection prompts designed for couples and families to work through together.
How many participants are in each session?
We keep groups small — typically 8 to 14 participants — to allow for genuine conversation and the freedom to ask questions without feeling rushed.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are held at our space along Jalan Gasing 34, 46000 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Evening parking is generally available. Please get in touch if accessibility or transport is a consideration.
What do printed materials cover?
Materials vary by programme. The workshop includes a glossary of common property document terms. The reading group includes a printed companion booklet. The annual track includes a full printed companion and quarterly reading guides.
