The Approach Behind Every Programme
Every Marigold House programme follows a consistent underlying methodology: read together, explain in plain language, discuss openly. This approach is the same whether you join a two-evening workshop or a twelve-month track — the depth and breadth change, but the pace and tone do not.
Sample documents are drawn from publicly available sources and reviewed before each programme cycle. Facilitators prepare session notes and materials in advance, and all printed companions are updated to reflect current document formats used in Malaysian property contexts.
Nothing in our sessions is advisory. We explain what terminology means and how documents are structured — the conversations that follow are educational, not transactional.
Our Session Structure
Read
Participants read a section of a sample document at their own pace, with the facilitator noting key passages.
Explain
The facilitator explains terminology and structural conventions in plain language, using the glossary as a reference.
Discuss
The group discusses what they've read — questions, observations, and connections to documents they may have encountered.
Take Away
Participants receive printed materials summarising what was covered to reference between and after sessions.
